Versatile and dedicated graphic designer with over seven years of experience across agency and in-house teams, specialising in high-impact print, digital, photography, and motion graphics for national and international clients. By blending advanced technical expertise with a strategic focus on consumer interaction, I create cohesive brand experiences tailored to diverse markets.
My career to date has been an exciting mix of both in-house roles and agency work. I've had invaluable team experiences and have learnt so much about meeting client deadlines in a fast-paced industry. I love the opportunity to excite and build relationships with internal team members and clients, often going out of my way to exceed expectations and redefine success within my work.

Facility Manager & Head of Production at Firebird Prints
February 2026 – September 2026
• As a sales representative, handled customer enquiries, sent quotes and invoices, and managed high-value sales up to $48,000 per month, across customised garments, exhibition display items and promotional items.
• Promoted after 4 months to facility manager, tasked with overseeing production, application and dispatch teams, printing and embroidery, scheduling, inventory, and answering queries from customers and other teams.
• Established new production and communication procedures to streamline workloads while reducing errors.
• Developed CRM and internal file systems to build a consistent customer experience and assist team productivity.
Graphic Designer at ProCloud Creative
March 2024 – November 2025
• Created custom designs for cars, utility vehicles, vans, truck, internal and external building signage.
• Prepared and printed vehicle and building graphics on large-format vinyl printers and vinyl cutters.
• Produced signage elements from vinyl, ACM, corflute, fabric, PVC and acrylic material.

• Worked remotely while interstate assisting with campaigns for Volvo Cars, HSBC, Hawaiian Airlines and other clients.
• Expanded campaign assets into animated sequences and motion graphics for web and digital out of home displays.
